摘要
Abstract
This article introduces the evolution of the Urban Development Boundary (UGB) of Shanghai since the 50s of last century to deepen the understanding of the orientation and connotation of the UGB.The article points out that,with the loosening and changing of the social and economic structure in urban-rural areas of China,the orientation of these policies is gradually weakening and the connotation is gradually contracted.In the background of deepening the reform,it's necessary for the UGB to break through the land management areas,and to determine the location in a perspective of the national governance system and urban-rural development.And it's also necessary for the UGB to break through the land management areas to accommodate more comprehensive policy connotation,including the reform of finance,taxation,household registration and land ownership.关键词
