Abstract
In order to avoid the negative impacts of the wind energy farm on the production,living and ecological environment of the site as well as its surrounding area as far as possible,the relationship between wind energy farm siting and urban space utilization should be coordinated by urban planning.This paper analyzes the factors which should be considered during the process of Shanghai wind energy farm siting planning,and then extracts suitability evaluation factors.After that,factors are rated and valued,thus the suitability evaluation method of wind energy farm siting based on both weighted overlay and low score tiltering methods is formed,through which the suitability evaluation of the site selection of Shanghai wind energy farm planning is completed.The results provide quantitative decision making support for the subsequent suitable zoning division of wind energy farm,formulation of planning proposal and intensity estimation of the siting development.关键词
