摘要
Abstract
As the necessary way to urbanization,farmer concentrated inhabitation in Shanghai is an indispensable policy tool helping to build a global city,to promote balancing urban and rural development and the reduction of construction land.The construction of resettlement houses is related to peasants' interests and social stability.Firstly,this paper combs the evolution process of the farmer concentrated inhabitation policy in Shanghai.Secondly,through the experience of Hangzhou folk house construction,this paper puts forward three ways for Shanghai to improve the quality of farmers' resettlement,including funds,land use and design.Finally this paper puts forward some policy suggestions about the policy optimization of farmers' centralization and resettlement.关键词
