Abstract
Induced by the Typhoon Nepartak in July of 2016,Qingliang River Basin in Yongtai County,Fujian Province experiences a heavy rainstorm,which causes a suffer flood with a return period of 50 years in Qingliang River and heavy damage.Taking Baiyun Basin,the tributary of QingLiang River in the upper reaches,as study object,the “16 · 07” rainstorm and flood data in Baiyun basin are investigated and collected,and a variety of methods are used to calculate flood flow and further analyze flood period according to the characteristics of river basin.The results form a scientific hydrological data,which will provide basis for flood prevention,water conservancy planning and engineering design in future.关键词
