An Evaluation Model of Railway Station Scheme Based on Hybrid Multiple Attribute Decision-making

Abstract
Evaluation and comparison of railway station schemes is a multi-level and multi-factor complex process of multi-attribute decision-making,which contains many qualitative and quantitative indicators.In order to solve the technical problems of index weight determination and quantitative and comprehensive evaluation in the evaluation and comparison of railway station schemes,a comprehensive evaluation model is proposed based on hybrid multiple attribute decision-making.Firstly,a comprehensive evaluation index system is established with technical,economic,environmental and social significances.Then,based on the basic concept of the deviation method,objective weights are calculated according to the specific indexes of the project.The triangular fuzzy numbers are used to quantify the qualitative indexes and the principle of TOPSIS in hybrid multiple attribute decision-making is employed to determine comprehensively the priorities of various railway station schemes.Finally,a railway section from Yunnan to Guilin is referenced for scheme comparison and case study.The results show that the proposed evaluation model is of reference value in evaluation and comparison of railway station schemes and proves to be a new way of thinking and a new means for decision-making.关键词
