Experimental Research on Thermal Deicing with EMU Model
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the efficiency and energy saving of the deicing method for EMU,a thermal deicing experimental table of train model is set up.The method of experiment research is adopted to study the rate and energy consumption of the hot air deicing and analyze the influences of different deicing methods on indoor temperature.The infrared heating technology is proposed for deicing and its efficiency is studied.The experimental results show that under the experimental conditions,the shortest infrared deicing time is 66 min,while the shortest hot air deicing time requires 142 min.The rate of infrared deicing is 53.5% higher than that of the hot air deicing.Therefore,the rate of infrared deicing is much higher than that of the hot air deicing.The infrared deicing energy consumption is only 6.6 kW · h,when the infrared deicing distance is 0.5 cm,covering 35.7% of the energy consumption of the hot air melting.关键词
