全直肠系膜切除手术对直肠癌疗效及生存质量的影响
Effect of total mesorectal excision on rectal cancer and life quality
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the short-term and long-term effects of total mesorectal excision (TME) on rectal cancer and its impacts on the life quality of the patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into a control group and a study group(n=50,respectively).The control group received conventional radical resection for rectal cancer,while the study group received TME.The clinical efficacy,life quality and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding,the duration of operation and the time for the patients to get out of the bed after the operation in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The difference in the initial exhaust time after the operation between the two groups was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).The scores of life quality in the two groups after six months of were higher than those before the treatment,and those in the study group were better than those in the control group (P ＜0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications (4.0％) in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (18％)(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional radical resection for rectal cancer,total mesorectal excision is effective in the treatment of rectal cancer with less postoperative complications and high life quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
