摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of CRAMS score and APACHE Ⅱ score in the evaluation of multiple injuries.Methods A total of 115 patients of multiple injuries were selected as research subjects and their clinical and follow-up data were analyzed retrospectively,including the admission CRAMS scores,the acute physiology and chronic health evaluation (APACHE Ⅱ) scores and the prognosis.Results (1)the lower the CRAMS score was,the higher the ratio of ICU and the death rate would increasingly be,and the worse the prognosis would be(P ＜ 0.05);(2)the higher the APACHE Ⅱ score was,the higher the ratio of ICU and the death rate would gradually be,and the worse the prognosis would be (P＜ 0.05);(3)the CRAMS scores of the dead patients with multiple injuries were obviously lower than those of the survived ones,while the APACHE Ⅱ scores of them were significantly higher than those of the survived ones (P ＜ 0.05);(4)there was no difference in the predictive sensitivity and specificity between CRAMS and APACHE Ⅱ scoring system for the prognosis of the patients with multiple injuries (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Both CRAMS score and APACHE Ⅱ score can clearly assess the severity of the patients with multiple injuries,and have favorable predictive value for the prognosis.The CRAMS score is simple and easier to use,which is more worthy of clinical application.关键词
