Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of electric stimulation combined with pelvic floor function rehabilitation training in preventing any pelvic floor dysfunction disease (PFD) in the puerperae after their full-term vaginal delivery. Methods The clinical data of puerperae who had made a full-term vaginal delivery and had received pelvic floor function rehabilitation training ("control group") or pelvic floor function rehabilitation training combined with low-frequency pulse feedback electrical stimulation ("combination group") (n=47,respectively) in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence of PFD (vaginal wall (anterior wall and/or posterior wall) prolapse, metroptosis, muscle strength (deep muscle strength and/or shallow muscle strength) damage and stress urinary incontinence),urodynamic indexes (maximum flow rate (Qmax),voiding time (VT) and maximal urethral pressure (MUP)),and the levels of serum relaxin (RLX) within half a year after the delivery between the two groups were compared. Results On the third day after the delivery, the serum RLX levels in the combination group were much lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05);within half a year after the delivery, the incidence of PFD in the combination group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05);half a year after the delivery, the Qmax and MUP in the combination group were much higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The intervention plan of low-frequency pulse feedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor function rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor function and urinary function in the puerperae after their full-term vaginal delivery.关键词
