Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of aerosol inhalation of Tanreqing during the perioperative period of the patients withlung cancer treated with pulmonary lobectomy.Methods A total of 124 patients with lung cancer treated with pulmonary lobectomywere randomly and equally divided into a control group and a treatment group.The two groups were treated with routine atomization,and on the basis of this,the treatment group was additionally treated with aerosol inhalation of Tanreqing.The pulmonary function andarterial blood gas analysis two weeks and one day before the operation and two weeks after the operation,the levels of inflammatorycytokines in phlegm before and after the treatment,and the postoperative expectoration drainage and incidence of complicationsbetween the two groups were compared.Results Compared with that two weeks before the operation,the Vf in the two groupsdecreased one day before the operation and increased two weeks after the operation;FVC,FEV1 and MVV increased initially anddecreased later,but the levels in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group at the same time point (P ＜ 0.05);the perioperative SpO2 between the two groups and the perioperative PaO2 and PaCO2 in the control group had no significant change(P ＞ 0.05);the PaO2 in the treatment group increased one day before the operation and decreased two weeks after the operation,whilethe PaCO2 decreased initially and restored later (P ＜ 0.05);the PaO2 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group andthe PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group (P＜ 0.05);after the treatment,the interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) in thetwo groups decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group (P ＜0.05);the effective drainage rate after the operation in the treatment group was 96.77％,the incidence of complications was 11.29％,andthose in the control group were 77.42％ and 30.65％ respectively,showing significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conelusion For the patientswith lung cancer treated with pulmonary lobectomy,the treatment by aerosol inhalation of Tanreqing during perioperative period cansignificantly improve the lung function,stabilize the arterial blood gas indexes and reduce the inflammatory reactions in the lung andpostoperative complications.关键词
