摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of total hip arthroplasty (THA) in the treatment of hip osteoarthropathy caused by infection.Methods It was analyzed retrospectively the clinical data of 17 patients with hip joint osteoarthropathy caused by hip infection,aged 34 to 54 (40.59±4.82)years of age,all underwent THA treatment,followed up for 41 to 80 (54.29±9.25) months.Rerults The preoperative shortening of the lower extremity was (2.68 ±1.85)cm,and both limbs were unequal,postoperative shortening of the lower extremity was improved to (0.44±0.90) cm;the preoperative Harris score was (52.82±12.70) points,and the postoperative iHarris score was (88.88±4.79) points,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).No prosthesis loosening and osteolysis occured during follow-up.Conclusion THA is effective in the treatment of hip osteoarthropathy caused by infection,and can effectively improve the function of hip joint.关键词
