基于椭圆织构优化的间隙密封液压缸摩擦性能研究
Friction Performance of Gap Seal Hydraulic Cylinder Based on Optimization of Elliptical Texture

Abstract
We construct the elliptical micro-texture topography on inner wall of cylinder by taking a gap-sealed servo-hydraulic cylinder as the object,considering variability and complexity of the influence of texture parameters on surface properties of components.The influence of simultaneous changes of elliptical shape parameters,such as axial length ratio,ellipticity and area occupancy on dynamic pressure lubrication and friction performance of cylinder surface is studied by circular iteration method.Meanwhile,the influence of gap between cylinder and piston and piston velocity on friction characteristics of textured surface is further analyzed after obtaining the optimal elliptical parameters.The results show that the radius of elliptical textured morphology has a dominant interval,that is a ∈ [0.43,0.46] mm and b ∈ [0.29,0.32] mm,which results in the maximum hydrodynamic pressure and the optimum lubrication characteristics on cylinder surface;an optimal gap value of 2 μm makes the maximum bearing capacity on textured surface;piston velocity has little influence on friction performance of cylinder surface.关键词
