回撤吊车负载敏感液压系统设计及仿真分析
Design and Simulation Analysis of Load Sensing Hydraulic System for Shield Mule
摘要
Abstract
To solve the problem of load matching and ease the problems of high energy consumption,low efficiency and high system temperature in application process of shield mule,we design and simulate a hydraulic system of shield mule based on a load sensitive variable pump.The hydraulic system is mainly composed of a load sensing variable pump,a flow compensation valve,a load sensing valve,a shuttle valve and a hydraulic cylinder.A load sensing variable pump senses system load force through a shuttle valve and a load sensing valve to provide the required flow rate to the hydraulic system in working process.Modeling and simulation analysis for the hydraulic system and variable pump are completed based on AMESim,and the changes of hydraulic cylinder pressure,load flow,variable pump pressure,flow and swashplate angle and shuttle valve flow compensation are obtained.The results show that the swashplate angle of variable pump can be adjusted in real time according to the required load pressure and flow rate,thus we can make the system realize pressure-flow compensation function;the variable pump has good dynamic compensation characteristic when load pressure and flow change step by step.关键词
