弹性车轮等效刚度对车辆动力学性能的影响
Effect of Equivalent Stiffness of Resilient Wheel on Vehicle Dynamic Performance

Abstract
On the basis of Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model for rubber parts,the finite element model for compression-shear composite resilient wheel was established.The influence of material parameter,pre-compression amount and ambient temperature of rubber parts on the equivalent stiffness of the resilient wheel was analyzed.In accordance with the conventional model of resilient wheel,the composite dynamics model with six degrees of freedom and the whole vehicle dynamics model were established,and the influence of the equivalent stiffness of resilient wheel on vehicle dynamics performance was researched.Results indicate that the equivalent stiffness of the resilient wheel increases along with the increase of material parameter,pre-compression amount and ambient temperature.Among which,material parameter and pre-compression amount have greater influence on equivalent stiffness.The radial stiffness will increase by 48.26 and 65.11 MN · m-1 respectively if the pre-compression amount increases by 1 mm from 3.5 to 5.5 mm,and the stiffness in other directions also presents the same trend.The radial stiffness mainly affects the vertical vibration acceleration of axle box and the vertical force of wheel and rail,and these two indexes decrease with the increase of radial stiffness.The axial stiffness is positively correlated with the vertical force of wheel and rail.Increasing axial stiffness helps to improve the curve negotiation capacity.The influence of deflection stiffness on vehicle dynamics performance is basically similar to axial stiffness.The variations of equivalent stiffness in different directions have little influence on vehicle stability.关键词
