基于拟人仿真试验的列车事故乘员损伤预测方法及应用
Method and Application of Occupant Injury Prediction in Train Accident Based on Anthropomorphic Simulation Test

Abstract
With respect to the injury analysis and prediction of sleeper occupants in train collision accident,the finite element model of typical collision scenes with sitting and sleeping dummies was established based on the layout characteristics of the internal structure of 25T semi-cushioned and cushioned berth sleeping cars.The simulation was carried out with the standard load as the boundary condition.Such simulation data were obtained as dummy posture response,head and chest acceleration as well as leg force collision process.The injuries to the heads,chests,and legs of occupants were assessed according to Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS).The results of simulation analysis indicated that,in a collision accident,the head of the occupant with seated position in semi-cushioned berth sleeping car collided twice with the middle berth edge and caused a fatal injury.The head of lower berth occupant with prone position directly collided with the dining table and caused major injury.The upper berth occupant in cushioned berth sleeping car had the possibility of falling from the upper berth and caused fatal injury.The possibility of the injury to occupants could be reduced by improving the shape and material of the contact structure or adding protective devices in semi-cushioned and cushioned berth sleeping cars.关键词
