Risk Identification in Construction Stage of Investment and Financing Projects for Urban Rail Transit
摘要
Abstract
According to the preconditions of risk identification in the construction stage of investment and financing projects for urban rail transit,which mainly includes the comparison of three packaging methods of investment and financing projects,the main task division of preparatory phase,financing phase,construction phase and operation phase,the organization and division of the control emphases for construction units,the V diagram is used to show the interrelation and the main influence of each phase of the project.The main risks of the construction phase are emphatically analyzed and identified.At the same time,according to the analytic hierarchy model,the weights and importance scores of the main risk factors in the construction phase of the investment and financing projects are calculated with the data obtained by theexpert scoring method.The main risk factors in the construction phase are identified,and the calculated results agree with the consistency test.Finally,the Pareto method is used to divide the risk degrees of risk factors into three grades.关键词
