Abstract
The preparation process of high strength water soluble salt core for casting was studied,the water-soluble salt core was prepared by melt casting method,the bending strength and water solubility were used as the main indexes,a kind of four component composite salt core was prepared by adding sodium chloride and sodium sulfate as the main component,and M salt and magnesium chloride.The ratio of each component was optimized by orthogonal test.The results of orthogonal test show that the optimal ratio of each component is∶ sodium chloride∶ sodium sulfate ∶ M salt ∶ magnesium chloride =9∶9∶3∶2,the melting temperature is 850 ℃,the composite salt has a good fluidity in the molten state,the bending strength of salt core is above 22.0 MPa,the water-soluble time (85 ℃) is 130 min,which can meet the requirement of salt core strength for die casting and can be dissolved in water.关键词
