摘要

Abstract

According to the back shaft bracket's characteristics of big overall dimensions,complex structure,easy deformation,heavy weight,big thickness and feeding difficulty,the casting process was adopted,which included pit molding,shrinkage rate,technique pad,insulating and exothermic riser,anti-deformation,anti-crack ribs and pouring system.Casting CAE was used to verify casting process,the results show that the process was reasonable and feasible,the size of trial production was accurate and casting quality was good,which provided technical guidance and reference for the large marine steel casting production.
