The Construction of Local University Think-tank: A Case Study of Anhui Polytechnic University

Abstract
Based on the analysis of the current development at domestic and foreign think tank and the effective-ness of construction of Anhui province university think-tank, the demand for the local university think-tank con-struction was analysed. Taking Anhui polytechnic University as an example, the SWOT analysis was used.Based on this SWOT analysis matrix and learning from the experience of think tanks at home and abroad, the counter-measure and suggestions of think tank research orientation, talent team, fund raising, achievement transformation and promotion, collaborative research were proposed.关键词
