助理辅导员在新生适应性教育中的作用研究——以皖南医学院为例
The Practie Assistant Counselor in Freshmen’s Psychological Adaptation Education——Taking Wannan Medical College as an Example
摘要
Abstract
The adaptation of freshmen on entering the university is crucial to their college life. Therefore, the freshmen's psychological adaptability education is an important issue. The assistant counselor system in Wannan Medical College has been implemented for many years. This paper conducts an investigation and analysis of the role of assistant counselors in freshmen’s psychological adaption education. The results show that: Assistant counselors help 98% of freshmen better and faster to adapt to their university life, especially in the academic guidance, life-oriented, interpersonal relationships and so on. It has a very positive guiding effect on the psycho-logically adaptive education while the freshmen enter the school.关键词
