IL-6及其受体在胆管癌患者组织中的表达及临床意义
Expression of IL-6 and its receptor in cholangiocarcinoma and its clinical significance
摘要
Abstract
To study the expression levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and its receptor (IL-6R) in cholangiocarcinoma and adjacent tissues of patients with cholangiocarcinoma, and to explore the correlation between them and clinical biology indications of cholangiocarcinoma. Western blot was used to detect the levels of IL-6 and its receptor in 40 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and the adjacent tissues. Compared to djacent tissues, IL-6 and IL-6R protein levels were significantly upregulated in cholangiocarcinoma tissues (P＜ 0. 05), and these levels were closely correlated with cholangiocarcinoma tumor grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis, and affect patients survival. IL-6 and IL-6R were likely tobe involed in the development of cholangiocarcinoma and reflect the degree of malignancy, invasion and metastasis. In clinical treatment, IL-6 and IL-6R may become the new targets for treatment of cholangiocarcinoma.关键词
