牙周炎合并AECOPD患者血清IL-6、IL-8水平及相关性研究
Clinical significance of IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with periodontal disease and AECOPD and their correlations

Abstract
Objective To investigate the serum levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with chronic periodontal disease and acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( AECOPD) and the possible relationship between the two diseases. Methods 32 eligible patients with chronic periodontitis and AECOPD were enrolled as AECOPD+ P group; 32 healthy individuals were enrolled as H group and 32 eligible patients with chronic periodontitis as P group; 32 patients were eligible patients in the AECOPD condition were recorded as AECOPD. ELISA assay was used to detect the serum levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the four groups. Results The attachment level was significantly different between group AECOPD+P and group P( P＜0.000 1) . The pulmonary function indexes including VC MAX% pre index, FEV1% pre index, FEV1/FVC( % ) index were significantly different between group AECOPD+P and group AECOPD(P＜0.05). In group AECOPD+P the IL-6 and IL-8 levels were significantly higher than that in group H, P, and AECOPD(P＜0.000 1). In group P and AECOPD the IL-6 and IL-8 levels were signifi-cantly higher than that in group H(P＜0.000 1). Conclusion IL-6 and IL-8 may be associated with the patho-genesis of periodontal disease and AECOPD closely, periodontal disease and AECOPD may affect and aggravate the development process each other.关键词
