青楷槭不定根形成的解剖学研究
Anatomical Structure in Adventitious Root Formation of Acer tegmentosum Maxim
摘要
Abstract
By means of paraffin section,two-year-old half-lignified branches form Acer tegmentosum were used to cutting,the anatomical structure in adventious root formation was studied. The results showed that the stem secondary structure of Acer tegmentosum was composed of periderm, cortex and secondary vascular tissue. The induced root primordium of cuttings was initialed from vascular cambium callus and cortex callus. The cortex callus was numerous and uniform distribution,and differentiated into adventitious roots;the callus of incision does not differentiate into adventitious roots. These results provided references for the further study of maple rooting mechanism.关键词
