老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期的护理风险管理
Perioperative Nursing Risk Management of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in Elderly Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing risk management in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Method The clinical datum of 150 elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed. According to perioperative nursing methods, these patients were divided into routine nursing group ( n＝75 ) and safety management group ( n＝75 ) . Patients in the routine care group received routine care and patients in the safety management group received routine nursing combined with safety management. Then, the nursing effects, nursing risk events, operation time and nursing satisfaction were statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 93. 3% in safety management group and the rate was 76. 0% in general nursing care group ( P<0. 05) . The incidence of nursing risk event was 4. 0% significantly lower than that of the general nursing group (25. 3% ,P<0. 05). The nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group (P<0. 05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the operation time ( P>0. 05 ) . Conclusion The nursing risk of patients undergoing peritoneal laparoscopic cholecystectomy includes pressure injury,fall-down bed,incision infection,deep venous thrombosis and so on. Safety management can reduce the patient's nursing risk event,and enhance the patient's clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss in patients. Therefore,it is worth to promote the clinical use of safety management.关键词
