Abstract
In order to study the effects of the explosive charge and charge thickness of the stratified charge structure on the jetting projectile charge, the True Grid and LS-DYNA software were used to simulate the formation of the jetting pro-jectile charge under different working conditions.The simulation results show that the impact of stratified charge on the jet-ting projectile charge is related to the difference△D and the thickness ratio d1/d2 between the internal and external char-ges.When d1/d2<4.4, the velocity difference△D of the charge and its effect on the jet gain positive correlation; when 4.4<d1/d2<8, the stratified charge has no significant effect on the jet; when d1/d2>8.8, the detonation velocity differ-ence △D has a negative correlation with the gain effect of the jet.In general, the stratified charge structure has an opti-mized gain effect on jet morphology, overall kinetic energy, and head-tail velocity, and the optimization and gain effects are related to the thickness ratio and materials of the inner and outer layer charges, and the reasonable charge materials and charge ratios can be effective to improve the damage performance of jetting projectile charge.关键词
