慢性疾病病耻感量表-8条目在神经疾病中的汉化及信效度测评
The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the stigma scale for chronic illness 8-items in patients with neurological disorders

Abstract
Objective:The aim of this study is to develop of a preliminary Chinese version of the Stigma Scale for Chronic Illness 8-items(SSCI-8)and assess its reliability and construct validity among patients with neurological disorders. Methods:Develop the Chi-nese version of SSCI-8 and survey on 183 inpatients with neurological disorders and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were evaluated. Reliability was assessed for internal consistency with Cronbach’s α coefficient. Exploratory factor analysis was used to assess validity. The polymerization validity was used to assess the correlation between scale and depression,anxiety and life ability. Results:The Chinese version of SSCI-8 was extracted two factors and cumulative contribution rate was 74. 34% . Scores for depression ( r =0.505,P ＜0. 001)and anxiety(r =0. 389,P ＜0. 001)had a positive correction with total SSCI-8 scores and Barthel index(r =-0. 281,P＜0. 001)had a negative correction with total SSCI-8 scores. The whole Cronbach’s α of SSCI-8 was 0. 90,the Cronbach’s α of enacted and internalized stigma was 0. 91 and 0. 89,respectively,and had high reliability. Conclusion:The Chinese version of SS-CI-8 is reliable and valid and can be applied to the evaluation of stigma in patients with neurological diseases.关键词
