精神分裂症患者父母健康状况与其血液营养指标相关性研究
Relationships between parents’health status and blood nutrition indicators in patients with schizophrenia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between parents’ health status and blood nutrition indicators in patients with schizophrenia and taken care of by their parents,which can supply references to patients with schizophrenia in nutrition management. Methods:The demographic data and blood nutrition indicators of 838 schizophrenia patients were collected from the hospital scientific data base. Descriptive statistic and chi-squared test were used to analysis the data and explored the relationship between them. Results:Based on the normal indicators got by the machines of our hospital,the abnormal rate of blood sugar and albumin were 20. 6% and 10. 0% in patients with schizophrenia and taken care of by their parents,respectively. The abnormal rate of blood sugar had significant differences between parents who were both healthy and at least one was ill (P＜0. 05),and there were no significant differences in oth-er indicators. The abnormal rate of leukocyte count between sick father and sick mother had significant differences (P＜0. 05). Conclu-sion:There are correlations between the health status of their parents and nutrition blood indicators in patients with schizophrenia.关键词
