快速康复外科干预措施在难治性鼻出血鼻内镜下微创术中护理的应用研究
Application of rapid rehabilitation surgical intervention in nasal endoscop-ic minimally invasive surgery for refractory epistaxis

Abstract
Objective:To study the application of rapid rehabilitation surgical intervention in nasal endoscopic minimally inva-sive surgery in refractory epistaxis. Methods:200 cases of patients with refractory epistaxis underwent endoscopic minimally invasive surgery were selected as subjects. All the patients were divided into control group and study group according to the random number ta-ble method, each group of 100 cases. In the control group, patients were treated with routine nursing intervention, and the patients in the study group were treated with rapid rehabilitation surgery on the basis of routine nursing care in the control group. The clinical effi-cacy, satisfaction and anxiety before and after nursing were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate (95. 0% ) in the study group was higher than that (71. 0% ) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0. 05). The scores of anxiety SAS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the scores in the study group was lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0. 05). The satisfaction rate in the study group was 100.0% (100/100), which was higher than that of in control group (86. 0%), the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0. 05). Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation surgical care intervention in intractable epistaxis nasal endoscopic minimally invasive surgery can effectively reduce blood pressure, avoid increased bleeding, reduce anxiety, improve the treatment effect, increase patient satisfac-tion, worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
