延续性康复措施在中老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者术后的应用研究
Analysis on application of continuous rehabilitation measures in postopera-tive osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in middle-aged and elderly patients

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of continuous rehabilitation measures on postoperative osteoporotic vertebral compres-sion fractures in middle-aged and elderly patients. Methods:132 cases of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were divided into control group (66 cases) and observation group (66 cases) by random number table. Patients were treated with percutane-ous kyphoplasty and received the same perioperative care during the main period. Patients in the control group were given relevant reha-bilitation care instructions before they were discharged from the hospital. The observation group was given continuous rehabilitation measures based on the care instructions of the control group. The lumbar pain,recovery of lumbar function and quality of life of patients were assessed and compared at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after discharge. Results:At 1 month,3 months and 6 months after dis-charge,the pain scores of VAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were sta-tistically significant(P＜0. 05). The ODI scores of lumbar function in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0. 05). The scores of quality of life in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0. 05). Conclusion:The application of continuous rehabilitation measures in pa-tients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in middle-aged and elderly patients is significant,which can reduce the degree of pain in vertebral body fractures,promote the recovery of lumbar function,reduce the impact of fractures on patients’ daily life,improve postoperative quality of life.关键词
