聚焦解决模式在剖宫产初产妇心理护理中的应用研究
Study on the application of Solution Focused Nursing mode in the nursing care of parturients at cesarean section

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of Solution Focused Nursing mode in the psychological care of women at the be-ginning of cesarean section. Methods:200 cases of uterine maternal as research subjects. All the women were divided into control group and intervention group according to the random number table method,100 cases in each group. The maternal women in the control group used routine care,and the maternal women in the intervention group performed Solution Focused Nursing mode based on routine care. The postpartum recovery, psychological status(SAS,SDS),postpartum lactation status and postpartum complications were compared be-tween the two groups. Results:The time of ambulation,average vaginal bleeding,anal exhausting time,average length of hospital stay and normal blood β-HCG return time of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant (P＜0. 05). Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in negative emotions (SDS,SAS) between the two groups (P ＞0. 05). After intervention,the two groups of maternal adverse psychological status (SDS,SAS) indicators im-proved,and the intervention group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0. 05). Maternal co-lostrum in the intervention group was shorter than the control group,and the number of breast-feeding within 24 hours was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0. 05). The incidence of postoperative gestational hypertension, puerperal infection and premature rupture of membranes in the intervention group was 2. 7% (2/74) lower than that in the control group (17. 6% )(13/74),the differences were statistically significant (P＜0. 05). Conclusion:For the postpartum cesarean section with scar pregnancy,the Solution Focused Nursing mode can relieve the postpartum anxiety and depression after cesarean section,help the patient to face the cesarean section correctly,and promote the postpartum recovery and reduce the influence of bad mood. The impor-tant role, while promoting the early postpartum lactation,has a good promotion value in clinical applications.关键词
