综合护理干预在普外科农村孤寡老年患者围手术期护理中的应用
Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative pe-riod of rural widows in elderly patients in general surgery

Abstract
Objective:To estimate the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period in rural widows in elderly patients in general surgery. Methods:200 cases of rural widows in elderly patients were recruited,and randomly divided into in-tervention group (n=100) and the control group (n=100). The control group received routine surgical nursing,while the intervention group given perioperative comprehensive care intervention,to observe and estimate the nursing effect. Results:1 d after operation,the anxiety score (SAS) of the intervention group was (40. 91+3. 02),significantly lower than that of the control group (50. 86+2. 79), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0. 05). During perioperative period,there were no signifacantly change with the E and NE level in the intervention group (P＞0. 05),but those in the control group had signifacantly difference (P＜0. 05). The levels of E and NE in the control group were significantly higher than those in the intervention group (P＜0. 05). In the intervention group the 24 h VAS score were (3. 60 ± 0. 83),48h VAS score were (1. 48 ± 0. 66),while 24 h VAS in the control group was (4. 80+1. 02) and 48 h after operation was (3. 04+0. 75). The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P＜0. 05),the satisfaction in the intervention group (97. 0% ) was significantly better than that in the control group (82. 0% ),the difference was statistically sig-nificant (P＜0. 05). Conclusion:Compare with routine nursing,comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the rural widowed elderly patients with perioperation period of physiological and psychological stress,to adjust their psychological state,promote its rapid recovery after operation,but also can improve the quality of nursing service,conducive to the harmonious relationship between the nurses and patients.关键词
