The relationship between rs2231142 polymorphism and primary gout in Northeast Sichuan
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To detect the association between rs2231142 polymorphism of ABCG2 gene and primary gout in Northeast Sichuan,and to provide clues for the pathogenesis of primary gout in this area. Methods:A total of 175 samples of primary gout and 277 healthy controls were collected in Northeast Sichuan. The correlation between rs2231142 polymorphism and primary gout was analyzed by Taqman-MGB probe method. Results:The frequency of genotype distribution of rs2231142 loci was significantly different between gout patients and normal controls (P＜0. 01),and allele A was significantly higher in gout patients than in normal subjects,43. 7% and 31. 6% ,respectively (P＜0. 01). Conclusion:A allele and AA genotype at rs2231142 locus are risk factors for primary gout in North-east Sichuan.关键词
