妊娠期女性心电图短PR间期改变的应用观察

Abstract
Objective: To study the change of short PR interval of ECG in pregnant women. Methods:100 cases of pregnant women as the experimental group. During the same period of examination,100 cases of non-pregnant healthy women undergoing ECG ex-amination were selected as the control group. The incidence of short PR interval of ECG was compared between the two groups,and the incidence of short PR interval between the early and late stages of pregnancy was compared and analyzed. Results:The incidence of change of short PR interval of ECG in experimental group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P＜0. 05). The incidence of change of short PR interval of ECG more than 30 weeks of female was higher than the incidence of pregnancy less than 12 weeks (P＜0. 05). Conclusion:The incidence of change of short PR interval of ECG is positively correlated with the gestational age of pregnant women. It is of great significance to strengthen the observation of the change of short PR interval in pregnant women,especially for women in the late pregnancy,it can provide reliable evidence for clinical diagnosis and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.关键词
