摘要
Abstract
Objective:To improve a capillary column headspace-gas chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride in drinking water. Methods:Added sodium chloride in the driect sampling in headspace bottle,dis-solve and mix,and separated with a HP-5 capillary column (30 m×0. 32 mm,0. 25 μm),the oven temperature was 50 ℃,the column flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the injection inlet temperature was 190 ℃,the split ratio was 3∶ 1,and detected by ECD detector (230℃). Results:The linear ranges of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride were 0. 1~10 μg/L,and the correlation coefficients were more than 0. 999. The detection limits of the method were 0. 001 2~0. 012 μg/L. The average recoveries were 96. 5% ~106. 2% . The rela-tive standard deviations within day were 3. 0% ~5. 1% (n=7),respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple,quick,sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility,and it is suitable for the simultaneous determination of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride in drink-ing water .关键词
