基于集聚度与泰尔指数的四川省卫生资源配置公平性分析
Analysis of allocation fairness of health resources in Sichuan province based on agglomeration degree and Thiel index
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To acquire the current equity situation of health resource allocation in Sichuan province in the past 7 years so as to provide scientific evidence for optimizing health resource allocation. Methods:The equity of health resource allocation of Si-chuan province were assessed by agglomeration degree and Theil index. Results:The health resource agglomeration degree of Chengdu economic region was relative surplus,while other 4 economic regions’s health resource were short of supplies. The Theil index of health resource allocation in different regions in Sichuan province showed an overall volatility downward trend. The unfair allocation of beds, health professionals,physicians and registered nurses were under intre-regional and inter-regional affection. Conclusion:The medical and health services in Sichaun province has made significant progress,while the equity situation of health resource allocation should be optimized. The equity situation of the health resource allocation should be improved. The unfair allocation of health resource allocation is under intre-regional and inter-regional affection.关键词
