Abstract

In the light of the radiological and unportable characteristics of the spinal column, a non X-ray morphology measurement technique based on the attitude sensor was designed. The relationship between the attitude angle of the attitude sensor and the measurement of the human spinal column is analyzed,and the realization method of measuring the multi Cobb angle is designed. The posture measurement device based on posture sensor is used to read the pitch angle and the yaw angle of the posture sensor through the MCU. After calculating the Cobb angle through the algorithm,LCD is used to display the spinal spinous process posture information and the Cobb angle data to reflect the spine shape. Through experimental verification and analysis,the measurement error based on the attitude sensor measurement technology is within ±2°,and meets the requirements of repeatable measurement. The reliability of the instrument is greater than 0.8.
