基于细芯光纤与双球结构的干涉型光纤传感器
Interferometric Fiber Sensor Based on Thin Core Fiber and Double Spherical-Shape Structure

Abstract
An interferometric optical fiber sensor based on thin-core fiber and double spherical-shape structure is fab-ricated.Two spherical-shape structures are fabricated on one end of two single-mode fiber,respectively. Then they are connected by a thin-core fiber to form a MZ interference structure,which is used to measure three physical quantities of temperature,refractive index and force.The experimental results show that the sensitivity of temperature,refractive index and tensile force are 0.066 5 nm/℃,-33.652 nm/RIU,-0.360 8 nm/N,respectively. And the linearity are good. The sensing structure is widely used in environmental monitoring,medical,health and safety monitoring.关键词
