摘要

Abstract

Distortion and crack were found around the side window's connecting hole after the low-cycle fatigue test on the laminated glass of an aircraft's side window . The loading process of side window was simulated by ABAQUS software using implicit calculation method .The analytical rigid was built to simulate the structure connected by bolts between transparent parts and frame of aircraft .The result shown that the stress filed of transparent part was coincident with the transparence's damage tendency in fatigue test .The new structure with polyester steel bonding its edge was tested by the same low-cycle fatigue test .There was no distortion and crack around the hole of edge ,at the same time the simulation results shown that the highest stress value of laminated transparent parts decreased 50.5% . The simulation results indicate that the maximum Mises stress of transparent decreased with the increase of edge material's elastic modulus ,but the rate of change decreases .Result of this study is instructive in the aspect of edge materials' selection and structure optimization .
