摘要

Abstract

The internal resistance for the thermal model of the single ternary lithium ion batteries (LIBs) was investigated by constant internal resistance method and dynamic internal resistance method that varies with temperature and current rate.An three-dimensional thermal model was developed to study the influence of different internal resistance methods on the accuracy of the thermal model of lithium ion battery.And the transient thermal module in Ansys workbench was used to simulate the temperature rises of the battery at 25 ℃at different discharge rate.The comparison of the simulation and the test results shows that the curves using dynamic internal resistance have far higher accuracy compared to the ones using constant internal resistance.The maximum deviations in the discharge process at 1C,2C and 3C were 0.43,0.52,0.97 ℃,and the average ones were 0.20, 0.15 ,0.49 ℃.
