Research on Driving Charging Integrated Topology with Power Factor Correction Capability
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of the independence between the permanent magnet synchronous motor traction system and the lithium battery charging system,an integrated topology of EV charging and driving system is proposed in this paper.The driving mode of motor drive system is equivalent to a three-phase inverter,boost/buck Converter with Power Factor Correction capability is derived from driving mode of motor and interior permanent magnet in the battery charger,in which IPM(interior permanent magnet ) acts as a filter inductor motor winding.This paper analyzed the integrated topology driving and charging working state,and the mathematical models of IPM motor winding in different charging modes,and analyzed the relationship between IPM motor rotor position angle and motor winding inductance value.Using the power control mode,According to the set value of the input power,the input power is controlled to follow the input power set value,so that the power factor is 1.The simulation and experiment show that the integrated topology and control strategy proposed in this paper have good power factor correction ability in the charging process.关键词
