变速器传动轴变形对齿轮传递误差的影响分析
Influence of Transmission Shaft Deformation on Gear Transmission Error
摘要
Abstract
Taking a single gear pair transmission as the research object,a simulation analysis system model only considering the deformation of the transmission shaft is established.The influence of the deformation of the transmission shaft on the gear transmission error under different torques and the sensitivity of the gear transmission error to the single-degree-of-freedom deformation of the transmission shaft are researched.By changing the elastic modulus of the input and output shafts and the different mounting positions of the gear on the shaft,the effects of the rigidity of the shaft and the gear mounting position on the gear transmission error are analyzed.Being concluded as follow:under large torque,the deformation of the transmission shaft will have a significant impact on the gear transmission error;gear transmission error is most sensitive to rotation deformation of drive shaft around X direction (Center distance direction),and the second is the sensitivity to rotation around the Y direction(The gear circular force direction);when the gear is installed near the front bearing,the transmission error of the gear is larger.关键词
