摘要

Abstract

WO3 and Ag-dispersed WO3 films were deposited on glass substrates by the magnetron sputtering of WO3 ceramic and metal Ag targets.SEM,XRD,Raman and UV-Vis spectra were used to investigate the effects of co-deposited Ag layers,which were dispersed in the surface and the interior of the WO3 films,respectively,on the surface morphology,molecular vibration modes and optical absorption properties.The experimental results show that not only Raman spectra and optical absorption behaviors of the WO3 films are evidently influenced but also the surface morphology of the WO3 film can be effectively modified by the Ag nano-particles dispersed in the surface and the interior.This work provides an effective method to modify the structure and optical properties of the WO3 thin film.
