摘要

Abstract

The Wire diameter control is one of the core problems of cable jacket production line.In view of the limitations of conventional PID control to jacket extrusion system with nonlinear,time-varying and hysteresis,this paper proposed a adaptive fuzzy PID control method based on Smith Predictor.Through the simulation in Matlab,the step response and disturbance inhibition of the traditional PID control and the adaptive fuzzy PID control with Smith predictor compensation was compared.The results show that the adaptive fuzzy PID control with lag compensation has the advantages of shorter adjustment time,smaller overshoot and better anti-interference ability.At the same time,by changing the system lag time,the influence of Smith predictor before and after improvement on system performance was compared though simulation.After improving the Smith predictor,the stability and robustness of the system have been significantly improved,which is more suitable for the complex and ever-changing working environment.
