趋近正义的城市绿色空间规划途径探讨
Urban Greenspace Planning to Achieve Social Justice
摘要
Abstract
Social justice is a core value of urban planning. With rapid urbanization in China, the aggregate values of urban greenspace is becoming increasingly prominent, which leads to fierce competition among stakeholders and unfair distributionamong different populations and places. Based on the analysis of greenspace justice and allocation criteria, the author argues that the rights to enjoy greenspace and the responsibility for maintaining it should be equitably distributed among stakeholders. Meanwhile by pinpointing the "unjust" components in the planning process in terms of technology, identification, procedure, compensation and performance, the paper will contribute to the promotion of justice in greenspace planning.关键词
