信息流视角下长三角城市群空间组织辨析及其规划启示——基于百度指数的城市网络辨析
Spatial Organization of the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration and Its Implications on Planning from the Perspective of Information Flow: Analysis of City Network Based on Baidu Index

Abstract
The paper analyzes city networks in the Yangtze River Delta Region by examining Baidu index among 26- cities that measures intensity of Baidu search on other cities as a proxy of information flow between cities. The results are used to compare city network based on enterprise organization and understand regional spatial structure proposed by the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration Development Plan (2016-2020). Several conclusions and implications are drawn from this study. 1) Compared to the city network based on enterprise organization, the structure of city network of information flow is less impacted by urban administrative hierarchy and restricted by the administrative boundaries. 2) Despite the clear demarcation of the external scope and internal organization of the urban agglomeration, cities are intricately and functionally connected. With constant change and expansion, the region will gradually evolve into a dynamic and open network system. 3) The Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is an unbalanced and inadequate city-region. Specifiic policies should be designed for peripheral cities in terms of network connectivity to enhance their interaction with core cities. As a result, the overall competitiveness of the urban agglomeration can be further enhanced. With socioeconomic development, technological advancement, as well as the wider application of internet big data, the research on city network based on information flow will be more comprehensive and accurate, and can provide a good reference for macro- level planning. The cities and urban agglomeration can be planned and developed with more open thinking.关键词
