Evaluation method of operation effects of railway fragmented cargo express train
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, considering the comprehensive benefits of economy, market and society, the evaluation index system of operation effect of railway fragmented cargo express train was built. Aimed at multi-objective and multi-attribute evaluation problem, the method of reducing the dimension by projection was introduced, and the subjective constraints were added to the traditional projection pursuit model to establish Fuzzy Projection Pursuit Evaluation Model (FPPE), and solve it with real coded accelerating genetic algorithm (RAGA). The model can not only solve the problem of single object evaluation, but also be applied to the comparative evaluation between multiple objects, and sort them out by the comprehensive evaluation value. Finally, the validity and practicability of the model were verified by an example.关键词
