An improved method for the detection performance evaluation of bistatic radar
摘要
Abstract
Bistatic high-frequency surface wave radar (HFSWR) improves the detection accuracy and target intercept capability through the bistatic information fusion. Meanwhile, as a large and complex system, many factors have impact on detection performance of bistatic HFSWR. So establishing an effective evaluation system has an important guiding significance for the construction and using of bistatic HFSWR. Based on the characteristics of HFSWR and bistatic radar, an improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) is proposed to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional AHP. The proposed method is more stable and provides a more reliable method for the evaluation of bistatic radar.关键词
