摘要

Abstract

To optimize the interior ballistic performance of cased telescoped ammunition ( CTA ) , an improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm( NSGA-Ⅱ) was applied to the mathematical model of CTA. The loading parameters of CTA were optimized to improve the interior ballistic performance. The one-dimensional two-phase flow model was built to simulate the motion process of projectile in bore. The NSGA-Ⅱ method was applied based on one-dimensional numerical simulation. Under the given constraint condition of the maximum bore-pressure,the muzzle velocity and ballistic efficiency were aptimized. The optimization results show that the muzzle velocity increases while the ballistic efficiency remains unchanged. In order to verify the applicability and effectiveness of the optimization results,the firing test was conducted on the CTA weapon system configured by the optimized loading parameters. The experimental results show that the muzzle velocity is increased by 1. 056% higher than that before optimization,and the muzzle velocity has a further increase of 12.37 m/s under the premise of the reached interior ballistic design index.
