地市级电网多维度线损管理对标评价体系构建
Construction of Multi-dimensional Benchmarking Evaluation System for Line Loss Management of the Power Grid of City-level
摘要
Abstract
Considering that the traditional evaluation on line loss management relies too much on the line loss index, which is adopted as an evaluation standard for the power grid of city-level,a multi-dimensional benchmarking evaluation system for line loss management is built in this paper. With the comprehensive combination of actual situations in the power grid of city-level,such as grid structure,equipment status and power consumption structure,an evaluation index system is established using analytical hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of each dimension and each in?dex. Moreover,the scoring standard for bottom indexes is formulated to construct a multi-dimensional and multi-index evaluation system. Through the analysis of the shortcomings of the power grid of city-level in a benchmarking mode,the procedural,standardized and lean management of line loss is realized.The analysis of a case study shows that the line loss management system built in this paper is scientific and practical.关键词
