基于Kalman滤波算法的电网故障行波检测方法
Traveling Wave Fault Detection Method for Power Grid Based on Kalman Filtering Algorithm

Abstract
Travelling wave detection is the key to techniques of traveling wave fault location and traveling wave protec?tion for power grid. To improve the accuracy and reliability of traveling wave detection in a noisy environment,a travel?ing wave signal detection method for power grid fault is proposed based on Kalman filtering algorithm.First,the cur?rent signal of power grid is analyzed,and the fundamental wave and harmonic waves are selected as state variables to construct a state space,where Kalman filtering algorithm is used to realize the prediction and correction of the grid's fault current signal. Then,the amplitude of current signal after correction is obtained,and traveling wave detection is analyzed with the amplitude's singularity to record the traveling wave's arrival time.Simulation results show that Kal?man filtering algorithm can detect the traveling wave signal accurately under different fault conditions;compared with Hilbert-Huang transform and wavelet transform,it can effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of the traveling wave location of power grid fault under noisy conditions as well as weak signals .关键词
